These are your instructions on how to get your upgrade for your semester ticket so that you can travel on regional trains and busses throughout Germany!
If you have any questions, please contact Transdev as the ticketing service for the semester ticket upgrade. If the conditions of the ticket change, we will let you know in good time.

Order:
You can now order the upgrade on the Transdev website and specify for which month you need it:
https://www.transdev.de/de/abo-center-niedersachsentarif/deutschland-ticket-fuer-studierende
To do this, follow these steps:
- Order your ticket via the link above
- Note the “Application ID”
- Download the “Fahrplaner” app
- Create an account with the e-mail address you entered when you ordered your ticket
- Waits up to 48 hours. The ticket should appear there.
!!! Unfortunately, there are always technical problems and delays in the ordering process. We will do our best to support you, but we ask for your understanding that we have no influence on this.
If you have any problems, please contact Transdev directly and provide your application ID, your name and your date of birth. You will most likely be asked about this.
Termination:
The subscription can always be canceled by the 10th of the previous month. You will need the contract number for this. You can either find it in the app or call the Transdev AboCenter on 01806 511511 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, Sat, 8am-2pm). This telephone number costs 20 cents incl. VAT/call from a landline, max. 60 cents incl. VAT/call for mobile calls.
You can then send a termination e-mail to stating your contract number.

Dear Transdev GmbH,
I hereby terminate my existing contract with you regarding my Germany ticket with due notice as of 09.XY.20XY or at the earliest possible date.
The contract is based on the following data: Contract number; surname, first name.
Please confirm receipt of this notice of termination and the termination date of the contract.
