As in many other German university cities, the housing situation here in Lüneburg is difficult, and many freshers have to commute at the beginning of their studies.

The AStA offers a bed exchange every year at the beginning of the winter semester, so that free beds and sofas can be given to first-year students for a short time to make the start of their studies easier.

Now it’s your turn! Do you have a sofa or a bed free for the beginning of the semester? You won’t be in Lüneburg during the start week anyway?

Sign up so that first-year students can get off to a good start at Lüneburg and spend the first few weeks finding a room in a shared flat !

You can also register here if you need a place to stay for the first weeks. We will then refer you and establish contact.
