From Monday, all courses must also be streamed online as soon as students express the need to do so. We have prepared an email template for you to send to the lecturers. If you wish to remain anonymous, please send it to the relevant dean’s office with the relevant course details.

You can find the deans of studies and their email addresses on the website of the relevant faculty. You can find the person responsible for each faculty here.

Mail template for teachers:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in relation to your course entitled XXXX. In accordance with the new guidelines of the Executive Board, which were announced to all students and lecturers in the Executive Board email of 25.11., I would ask you to provide me with the option of passive online participation for your course, and I would also be pleased if you could enable me to actively participate in your course in addition to passive online participation.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Dean of Studies Office,

I am writing to you in relation to the course entitled XXXX by Mr*Mrs XXXX. In accordance with the new guidelines of the Presidential Board, which were announced to all students and lecturers in the Presidential Board email of 25.11., I would ask you to ask Mr*Mrs XXX to set up the possibility of passive online participation for the course, and I would also be pleased if it is possible for Mr*Mrs XXX to enable me to actively participate in the course in addition to passive online participation.
