Student elections take place every year. In the winter semester 2020 / 2021, the elections will be held exclusively by postal vote.
The student parliament and all subject group representatives are elected. The student parliament represents all students. The student parliament consists of 17 students. The subject group representation is the representation of a degree program. Each subject group representation consists of two to five students.
All students are requested to submit election proposals for the student parliament or their subject group representation by 28.10.20; 12:00 noon. Further information on the student elections will be published at http://www.asta-lueneburg.de/wahlen. All students are asked to check this website regularly in the coming period.

It is important that you set your semester address correctly on QIS so that you all receive the election documents at the correct address.
You can do this as follows: go to qis.leuphana.de and log in -> “General administration” -> “Contact details” -> “Select correspondence address” -> in “Select correspondence address” in the drop-down menu, set to “Semester” -> Click “Save” -> Click “Back” -> Select “Semester address” -> Insert required data -> “Save”
The address must be changed by 23.10. at the latest!

The Students Parliament consists of 17 students.The Departmental Group Representation (FGV) is the elected representation of a study program. Each FGV consists of two to five students.

To guarantee your ability to participate in the election, it is important that you change your postal address to the address your staying address during the semester. To do that you have follow the subsequent steps: 1. you have to log into qis.leuphana.de, in the upright corner you can choose whether you want the surface to be in German or English. If you want the German guide you can scroll to the beginning of the page. Then you click on “general administration”, choose “correspondence administration”, choose “Semester”, submit and go back. Then you click on “term admisitration”, fill in the address where you want to recieve the election letter, submit and go back.
