As the coordinator for alternative teaching, you organize the framework so that an alternative course can be offered each semester – by students for students. You should have an interest in critical, free education and keep track of content, rooms, times and the budget. You will of course receive support from other members of the AStA, for example with billing or public relations. Your ideas for the further development of the program are very welcome.

Tasks

-Tender for changing main topics

-Program selection and planning

-Entering the offer in MyStudy (including room booking) and the AStA calendar

-support and promotion of the offer on the Asta homepage and on Facebook as well as via other AStA channels

-Contact person for the alternative teachers

-Evaluation and further development of alternative teaching

-Preparation of fee agreements and overview of the budget

Requirements

-Experience in the organization and implementation of (university) events

-Strong interest in liberal education and alternative educational formats

-You keep track of things throughout the semester

-knowledge of the structures in the student representation

-ability to work in a team (especially with the finance department, public relations department and the spokespersons)
