We are renting a 3-room apartment in Tätendorf. The bright apartment is located on the first floor of a rural villa built around 1908. A car is required.

3 rooms/bathroom/shower/kitchen (fitted kitchen). All rooms have wooden floors. The bathroom with shower was completely renovated in 2025. Fitted kitchen with space for a dining area.

Important: there are two walk-through rooms. The apartment is therefore more suitable for couples or for two people who get along very well.

The basic rent is 759 euros. The additional costs and heating costs are 160 euros each – total rent 1079 euros. Electricity is billed directly by the provider. Modern central heating (built in 2021, pellet heating).

Good transport connections via the B4 towards Uelzen or Lüneburg. Small shopping facilities (bakery, fruit, organic products) on site.

Deposit: two net cold rents.
