An essential task of the EliStu project is to create a possibility for student parents to place their child in student childcare for a short time during the day at the university so that they can attend short-term event appointments or urgent library visits.

From Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, students have the opportunity to bring their children to EliStu childcare (note: prior registration through the office is required!)

The costs are a one-time registration feeof 25€ per child plus the costs for the respective care. This is 2,50€/2h. A maximum of 4 hours of care per day is possible.

Children from the age of 6 months up to primary school age are cared for by trained and state-approved educators who themselves study at the University of Lüneburg. Exceptions can be arranged with us.
