The bathroom with shower was completely renovated in 2025. Fitted kitchen with space for a dining area.<br><br>Important: there are two walk-through rooms. The apartment is therefore more suitable for couples or for two people who get along very well.<br><br>The basic rent is 759 euros. The additional costs and heating costs are 160 euros each &#8211; total rent 1079 euros. Electricity is billed directly by the provider. Modern central heating (built in 2021, pellet heating).<br><br>Good transport connections via the B4 towards Uelzen or L\u00fcneburg.
