Tobi is back! As an activist, freelance lecturer and initiator, Tobi Rosswog is on the road for socio-ecological transformation. He devotes all his time and energy to change – towards a society beyond work, property and money. He has been active in this field for ten years and invites people to change their perspective in around 100 lectures a year. Among other things, he co-initiated the living utopia movement, the imago education collective and the collective for living utopia in order to make these ideas tangible. He has now also written the book “AFTER WORK”, published by oekom Verlag. <\/p>\n\n

After last November’s exciting input and discussion on the topic of “After Work – A Life Beyond Work”, we are delighted that Tobi will be visiting us again this year. This time it will be about “The good life for all”, in line with his new book:<\/p>\n\n

The global crises are coming to a head. But where are the answers and solutions? The I.L.A. Collective has embarked on a search for new lifestyles and economic forms that do not come at the expense of others and nature. The central question: What can a good life for all look like? <\/p>\n\n

The fact is that people in many places are already working towards a sustainable, democratic and socially and ecologically just coexistence. All of their projects offer concrete alternatives in the here and now. What is encouraging is that the current imperial way of life – as addressed by the I.L.A. Collective in its first book “At the expense of others?” – is the result of political decisions and our everyday actions. A different world is therefore feasible.
