Due to the switch to digital semester tickets, we are also changing some of our processes, which may cause some delays in our responses.    \n<br \/>We kindly ask for your understanding!\n<br \/>Warm regards, your AStA &lt;3<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find that on this page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#h%C3%A4rtef%C3%A4lle\">Hardship cases<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#fristen\">Refund deadlines<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#downloads\">Downloads for the application<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h\u00e4rtef\u00e4lle\">Hardship cases<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>For students who cannot afford or use their SemesterTicket, it is possible to claim a refund out of the student budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications may only be submitted for the following reasons: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Severe disability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Severe disability with mark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care for relatives  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care for severely disabled children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial reasons: If your average monthly income does not exceed the BAf\u00f6G maximum rates\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the summer semester 26: Max. \u20ac992 if you have your own residence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the summer semester 26: Max. \u20ac664 if you live with your parents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health reasons  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maternity protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absence for more than 120 consecutive days (stay outside Germany)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double enrolment (within Germany)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa reasons<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find the application and the hardship regulations <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta-lueneburg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/HaertefallO_sechste_Aenderung.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.asta-lueneburg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/HaertefallO_sechste_Aenderung.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: Your digital semester ticket will be deactivated for the following reasons: severe disability with a disability mark, absence for more than 120 consecutive days, double enrolment and visa reasons. Chip cards must be sent in with the application. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your contribution for the semester ticket can only be refunded if at least one hardship reason from the hardship regulations applies.<\/strong> Exceptions are unfortunately not possible. Please make sure that you submit your applications on time and in full and, if necessary, meet the 14-day deadline for submitting additional documents. Otherwise your applications can&#8217;t be considered! Here is an overview of the different deadlines: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antragstellung im Sommersemester bis 31. Mai oder Wintersemester bis 30. November m\u00f6glich: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Severe disability with mark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absence for more than 120 consecutive days (stay outside Germany)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doppelimmatrikulation (within Germany)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application possible in the summer semester until September 30 or winter semester until March 31:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Severe disability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care for relatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care for severely disabled children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial reasons (the average monthly income limit corresponds to the current BAf\u00f6G maximum rate for the respective semester.
