This question had previously arisen in<br\/>connection with a seminar on Donna Haraway and our resulting<br\/>conversations.<br\/>The Cyborgs and Friends group met every two weeks to discuss<br\/>stories that could be categorized in the &#8220;feminist science<br\/>fiction&#8221; genre. During these meetings we have read<br\/>short stories and excerpts from novels, watched short films and a<br\/>documentary. Depending on the topic of the meeting, we<br\/>moved more or less far away from Donna Haraway<br\/>in our conversations, but we always returned to her starting point of &#8220;Storytelling<br\/>for Earthly Survival &#8220;<sup>1<\/sup>.
