Der Allgemeine Studierendenausschuss (AStA) besteht in der Regel aus einem dreiköpfigen Sprecherinnenkollektiv, dem Finanzreferat, dem Personalreferat sowie mehreren Referaten. SprecherInnen und ReferentInnen werden durch das Studierendenparlament (StuPa) gewählt und vertreten die politischen, sozialen und kulturellen Interessen der Studierenden.

Ein AStA - Referat kann man mit einer "Arbeitsgemeinschaft" vergleichen. Neben dem gewählten Referenten können alle Studierenden mitmachen, die Interesse, Lust und Zeit haben. Derzeit existieren im AStA folgende Referate:

EliStu (Eltern im Studium), Finanzreferat, Antirareferat, Kinoreferat, Kulturreferat, Referat für nachhaltige öffetnliche Aktionen (NOA), Radioreferat und Theaterreferat

Alle Studierenden können jederzeit weitere Referate gründen. Die Mitarbeit in AStA-Referaten ist grundsätzlich ehrenamtlich und für alle Studierenden jederzeit möglich. Wenn du Lust hast ein Referat zu gründen oder in einem Referat mitmachen willst, dann melde dich einfach bei uns im AStA-Büro oder schau bei den Treffen oder Veranstaltungen der Referate vorbei.

Weiterhin besitzt der AStA diverse Servicebetriebe, die von den Studierenden genutzt werden können.

Hierzu zählen u.a.:

- eine Rechtberatung durch einen Anwalt,

- eine BAFöG Beratung, die euch bei Fragen und Problemen weiterhilft, 

- AStA Ton und Licht, wo ihr beispielsweise die Möglichkeit habt, eine Musik- oder Lichtanlage für die nächste WG-Party auszuleihen,

- das AStA Wohnzimmer, wenn ihr selber Konzerte veranstalten wollt oder ihr tagsüber einfach nur Zeit zum Entspannen braucht,

- KonRad, wo ihr mit der Hilfe von anderen Studierenden eure Fahrräder reparieren könnt, 

- eine Kindernotbetreuung, damit es für euch einfacher ist, Studium und Kind zu vereinbaren

- und natürlich den AStA-Bürodienst, die euch bei Fragen und Problemen mit offenen Ohr zur Seite stehen. Außerdem ist es möglich verschiedene Sachen, wie Geschirr oder eine Buttonmaschine auszuleihen und euch einen Internationalen Studierendenausweis (ISIC) ausstellen zu lassen.

Der AStA ist ausführendes Organ der Studierendenschaft. Er unterliegt der Weisungsbefugnis des StuPas.

Mit seiner Arbeit versucht er die Interessen der Gesamtheit der Studierenden der Universität wahrzunehmen.

Er vertritt die Studierendenschaft gegenüber der Hochschulleitung, dem Stiftungsrat und Dritten (Mitarbeit bei der Hochschulplanung, Zusammenarbeit mit studentischen Organisationen außerhalb der Universität, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Frauen- und Gleichstellungsbüro und dem Studentenwerk Braunschweig, Kooperationen und Kontakte zu den anderen ASten und dem Dachverband der Studierenden in Deutschland (fzs) sowie der Landesastenkonferenz Niedersachsen (LAK)).

Darüber hinaus kümmert sich der AStA um die laufenden Geschäfte der Studierendenschaft (Semesterticket, Haushaltsführung und interne Verwaltung, z.B. Reformierung der Satzung).

With the Semesterticket (only in combination with your valid student identity card and your personal identity card) of the University Lüneburg you can use the whole local and regional travel system called HVV (bus and train) as well as local trains between

· Uelzen - Lüneburg - Hamburg (main station)

· Lüneburg - Lübeck

If you are matriculated in Suderburg, you get the Semesterticket for whole Lower Saxony plus Bremen which is not valid in local and regional buses in the rural district of Lüneburg. You can find the exact routes to run on the backside of your student identity card or via Internet www.asta-lueneburg.de.

If you are matriculated as an exchange student, you get the Semesterticket for sure. Only members of the USAC programmes or the Summer School can’t use this opportunity.

Exchange students who can’t make use of their semester ticket because of their short stay can ask for refund. In that case you should fill in a form and hand it at the AStA.

The core tasks of the students’ self-management are realised by the AStA units. These groups are working on specific subjects. Once a week, their responsible members come together in the AStA meeting. There are units for intercultural questions, cinema, culture, ecology, politics and radio. If you are interested in one of these subjects, you’re welcome to participate in the composition of the students’ life on the campus.

The AStA offers several service devices:

AStA-Copy is the students’ Copy-Shop of the university run by students. It’s not the aim to make the maximum profit but to render service in terms of sustainability. Here you can do digital prints and copies on paper and foil, buy office devices, bind documents, send faxes, laminate and many more things.

If you’ve got difficulties in finding a flat and you’re looking for a sleeping opportunity (for you or also for friends), you can ask for accommodation in the AStA-Moorweghaus. A little money (few Euros per night) will be needed to run the house properly. It’s not luxurious but comfortable and super low priced.

Every week, we offer a legal advice, where you can consult an advocate for free. Please take notice of the dates hanging out at the AStA office.

Do you have any problems or questions about social subjects and studying with a child? Then come to our BAföG and social advice as well as EliStu (studying parents) and you’ll get competent help.

In the convenient Wohnzimmer (living room, building 9/1st floor on the right) you can chill out while sitting on one of the sofas, reading the news or taking a repowering nap. This room is open to everybody. In the evening, there are diverse cultural and political or other events offered by the AStA units - or maybe by YOU? In case of a bike puncture you can go to KonRad (on the right hand of building 16) who provides a well equipped garage and competent people to help you repairing your bike. You can buy spare parts and bikes – or you can rent a bike or a trailer.

AStA –Ton und Licht (sound and light) is the students’ rental service for event equipment in Lüneburg. You can make a reservation per mail. You’ll get more information about the renting conditions, prices and the equipment via www.asta-lueneburg.de.

Con la tarjeta del trafico de cercanias para estudiantes (Semesterticket) de la Universidad de Lüneburg y carnet de identidad o otro documento con foto tu puedes usar todo el trafico publico (autobus y tren) en el municipio de Lüneburg. Ademas tu puedes ir con el tren regional, que va entre Uelzen y Hamburgo (vía Lünebeurg) y Lüneburg-Lübeck. Como estudiante de Suderburg tu tienes la terjeta del trafico de cercanias para estudiantes Niedersachsen/ Bremen. Esta tarjeta no vale para los autobuses, que van en el districto administrativo de Lüneburg. La tarjeta del trafico (Semesterticket) solamente vale por estudiantes de intercambio que estan inscribido oficialmente. Esto significa, que participantes de USAC igual como estudiantes de “summer school” estan excluidos.

Estudiantes de intercambio, que no pueden usar la tarjeta del trafico verdaderamente por su distancia corta en Lüneburg, los pueden solicitor un reembolso de la contribución particular de la cuota.

Esta solicitud hay que enviar durante las primeras cuatro semanas del semester al la oficina del AStA.

La quintaesencia del trabajo del AStA (comición común estudiantil/ administración estudiantil) son las secciones temáticos, llamados AStA-Referate. “Referat” significa un grupo de estudiantes que se dedican a un tema especial y cuales responsables se reunidan en la oficina una vez de la semana. Hay grupos de Questiones Interculturales, de Cinema, De la Cultura, de Ecología, de Politicas y del Radio.

Nosotros siempre estamos ancantados conocir a nuevos companeros, que quieren participar en la creación del mundo estudiantil.

La administración estudiantil (AStA) ofrece diferentes servicios:

AStA-Copy es la tienda copiadora estudiantil de la Universidad. No es el propósito de elevar al máximo del beneficio pero un servicio persistente. Aquí se puede impremir y copiar digitalmente en papel y plastico, comprar artículos de papelería, mandar un fax y mucho mas.

Si no has encontrado un apartamiento en el ultimo momento o necesitas una cama para tu visita, llama al AStA-Moorweghaus. Por algunos Euros no te quedas muy lujoso pero de muy bien precio.

Una vez de la semana hay un asesoramiento jurídico para estudiantes que necesitan el consejo de un abogado. Está gratuito, pero hay que apuntar en una lista antes.

Con todas las problemas y preguntas refiendo a temas socials o estudiar con ninos te pueden ayudar el asesoramiento de BaföG (crédito official a estudiantes para sufragar los estudios) y EliStu (padres estudiando).

En el Wohnzimmer (cuarto de estar) la gente pueden relajar, leer un periódico o simplemente dormir. Este espacio está abierto a todos y por la noche cualqué estudiante puede usar esta plataforma para organisar o disfrutar de cultura, discusiones politicas y la creatividad tuya. Konrad te ofrece un taller professional para arreglar tu bicicleta tu mismo o con la ayuda de expertos. Ademas se venden y alquilan bicicletas y partes para reparación.

AStA – Ton und Licht (sonido y luz) es el préstamo estudiantil de inventario de acto en Lüneburg. Para reservar tu equipo manda un esmalte. Las condiciones del servicio del préstamo, una lista de los precios y un inventario encuentras en la pagina principal del AStA.

Avec le Semesterticket de l’Université de Lüneburg (en combinaison avec ta carte d’étudiant et ta carte d’identité) – tu peux aller avec tous les bus et les train de l’HVV (RB, ME) dans l’arrondissement rural de Lüneburg. Cela passe aussi pour les trains du trafic de banlieue entre Uelzen et Hamburg (gare central) – via Lüneburg – et entre Lüneburg et Lübeck.

Si tu es étudiant/e à Suderburg, tu as le Semesterticket pour tout Niedersachsen et Bremen. Mais en ce cas, tu ne peux pas aller avec les bus dans l’arrondissement rural de Lüneburg. Une spécification de ces règles se trouve au verso de ta carte d’étudiant et à l’Internet sur

www.asta-lueneburg.de.

Le Semesterticket est valide seulement pour ceux étudiant(e)s en échange avec l’inscription administrative à l’Université de Lüneburg. Cela signifie que les participants du programme USAC et du „Summer School“ n’ont pas de Semesterticket. Les étudiants faisant un échange qui n’utilisent pas le Semesterticket entièrement parce que leur séjour à Lüneburg/Suderburg est trop court, peuvent redemander cette quote-part.

La quintessence du travail de l’autogestion estudiantine se trouve dans les „AStA-Referate”. Ce sont des groupes de travail, qui s’occupent d’un certain sujet et dont les membres responsables se rencontrent une fois par semaine à la séance de l’AStA. Participants sont les „Referate“ pour des affaires interculturelles, cinéma, culture, écologie, politique et radio.

Nous nous réjouissons de gens intéresses qui ont envie de participer à former la vie estudiantine.

L’AStA offre des services divers aux étudiants:

AStA-Copy est le Copy-Shop estudiantin à l’Université de Lüneburg. Leur but n’est pas la maximalisation du bénéfice, mais un service “durable”. Ici vous pouvez copier et imprimer (aussi numériquement) sur papier et feuille, acheter des fournitures de bureau, relier des documents, faxer etc.

Si tu n’a pas trouvé un logement à court terme ou si tu cherche une gîte pour tes amis, adresse-toi aux responsables de l’AStA-Moorweghaus. Pour quelques Euros par nuit on ne loge pas super exclusivement mais super bon marché.

Une fois par semaine, un avocat offre un conseil juridique gratuitement pour les étudiant(e)s. Ses audiences sont affichées au bureau de l’AStA.

Nos conseilleuses de BAföG et des affaires sociales et EliStu (parents étudiants) sont votre service auxiliaire compétent en cas de problèmes et questions sociales, par exemple étudier avec des enfants.

Au Wohnzimmer (salle de séjour), on peut détendre sur les sofas, lire des journaux ou bien faire un petit somme. Le Wohnzimmer est ouvert pour tous, et les soirs chacun qui veut jouir ou organiser un évènement culturel ou politique est invité à réaliser ses idées. Chez KonRad tu as la possibilité de réparer ta bicyclette dans un atelier bien équipé, à toi-même ou bien avec de l’aide compétente. De plus, tu peux y acheter des pièces de recharge pour ta bicyclette et emprunter des bicyclettes.

AStA - Ton und Licht est l’institution estudiantine qui loue des fournitures techniques des fêtes et d’autres évènements. Réservations se passent par email, les conditions de location, la liste des prix et la liste de l’inventaire se trouvent le site de l’AStA.
